Guidelines for Invited Speakers
1. On-Site Presentation
1) Official Language: English
2) Presentation time: 20 min (15 min presentation, 5 min discussion)
(for Symposium, Education Session, and Nurse Session)
30 min (including discussion)
(for Plenary Lecture, Named Lecture, and Presidential Lecture)
2. Virtual Presentation

Guidelines for Free Paper
1. Oral Presentation
- Official Language: English
- Presentation Time: - Plenary Oral Presentation: 10 min (7 min Presentation + 3 min Discussion)
- Oral Presentation: 8 min (6 min Presentation + 2 min Discussion)
- Make an on-site presentation or present using pre-recorded video (We prefer On-site presentation)
- On-site presentation File Format: .pptx or .ppt
- * You can use PPT TemplateDownload
- Please note that all oral presentations must include a COI slide in the 2nd slide.
- Pre-recorded Video File Format: .avi or .mp4
- Resolution of Video: high definition (720p or 1080p)
- Time Length of Video: 7 min (Plenary Oral Presentation), 6 min (Oral Presentation)
- Deadline for recorded video submission is August 7 (Sun), 2022 before 23:59.
You can upload your presentation file or pre-recorded video at "File upload for presenter" of the KINGCA WEEK website (https://www.kingca.org) after login.
2. E-Poster Exhibition
- Official Language: English
- All E-Posters will be displayed on PDP in the E-Poster room during the congress.
- All E-Poster presenters are required to Submit the E-Poster to the official website:
- www.kingca.org in Presentation Submission Category by August 19 (Fri), 2022.
- The E-Poster must be submitted in PDF format. It is recommended to make your poster in
Portrait (vertical orientation), 9:16 aspect ratio and then save it as a PDF.
- E-poster should be composed of only one page (single slide).
- E-Poster should have a clear message, a logical layout, and be easy to comprehend.
- Use only static images and do not embed any videos or animation in your E-poster.
- The authors are fully responsible for the contents of the e-Poster.
